Privacy.

UPSCALE (“we”) collects what we need to run a virtual cohort: your name, email, phone, optional city, course choice, motivation, and the payment evidence you upload.

Payment receipts can contain account names and transaction ids. They are stored privately, viewed only by staff reviewing enrolment, and are not used for marketing.

We keep student and evidence records for twelve months after the cohort ends, then delete files unless a lawful dispute requires a longer hold. Email frank.g@example.org to ask for a copy or deletion of your registration, subject to that hold.

The public site is informational. Registration and upload traffic goes to our API. We log request time and a coarse network address to rate-limit abuse.
